Username :   This is the username you will use whenever you log in. Once you have registered, this username cannot be changed. You can choose a Username between 6-12 characters.

Password :   We suggest choosing a password between 6-12 characters, using both letters and numbers. You can change your password at any time.

State :   You will only need to complete this field if you live in the United States or Canada.

Email :   You will need to enter your e-mail address to complete the registration process. This is where we will send messages from employers or other members. If you choose to receive Crew Avenue newsletters, these will also be sent to your chosen e-mail address.

Phone and Cellphone :   These fields are optional, and will only appear on your profile if you have Premium Membership. If you do wish to complete these fields, please include your country code and area code.

Website :   This field is optional, and will only appear on your profile if you have Premium Membership. If you are registering for Premium Membership, and would like to have people link to your website from your profile, enter the url in this field.   ( example : www.yourwebsite.com )   The website must belong to you and relate to your work in the television industry. Others may be deleted.

Year started in TV :   Please select the year that you first started working professionally in television. We will use this year to automatically calculate the number of years you've been working in the industry.

Television styles :   Choose the styles of television that best describe the type of work you do. You can choose as many as you like.

Experience :   Include television related experience that will enable employers to get a clear idea as to what you can offer their production. You can also write about your background in the industry, where you studied, the types of productions you work on, etc ... Website URLs, email addresses, and phone numbers are not permitted and may be removed. The content in this area is limited to a maximum of 150 words (300 words for Premium Members).

Recent Credits :   You can include up to 3 credits on your profile. We suggest that you complete all 3 areas, and include only recent productions you've worked on. These details should be updated regularly.

Newsletter :   Please check the newsletter box if you would like to receive updates and news from us.

Register :   Click on the Register button when you've completed the form. You will then have access to the members area, and will receive a confirmation email. It's as easy as that.
