Nick has spent the best part of the last three decades living everywhere except his Scottish birthplace; most notably Saudi Arabia, Hong Kong, Brazil and now LA. Along the way he picked up Portuguese, a Masters in Cinematography from the AFI and an ITVS Independent Lens award for THE McCOMBIE WAY. Nicks camera work in Vietnam and Mali for the feature documentary A POWERFUL NOISE premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2008 and will play at Silverdocs soon after. His most recent work with the HDX900 was in Tokyo on a project about the worldwide impact of Beethovens Ninth Symphony, FOLLOWING THE NINTH.
